"See Nothing, Hear Nothing, Do Something" showcases the Levellers' signature blend of alternative rock and punk, characterized by a raw, energetic sound. The production is gritty yet polished, allowing the driving acoustic guitars and electric riffs to shine through. Upbeat tempos propel tracks like "The Boatman," creating an infectious energy that invites movement. The use of traditional instruments, such as violins and mandolins, adds a rich texture, weaving folk elements into the punk framework. The album's distinctive sound lies in its anthemic choruses and layered harmonies, which create a sense of urgency and communal spirit, making it a compelling listen that resonates with both intensity and melody.
