"Blood Run" showcases Unsane's signature blend of noise rock and post-hardcore, characterized by abrasive guitar riffs and a raw, unpolished production style. The album features a relentless energy, with tracks like "Backslide" and "Killing Time" driving forward at a frenetic tempo, while others like "Recovery" introduce a more introspective, brooding atmosphere. The instrumentation is dominated by distorted guitars and pounding drums, creating a dense sonic texture that is both chaotic and immersive. The use of dynamic shifts, particularly in tracks like "Make Them Prey" and "Dead Weight," adds depth to the listening experience, making the album distinctive in its ability to balance aggression with moments of tension and release.
