"Pariah" showcases a raw yet polished production typical of mid-2000s black metal, balancing aggression with atmospheric depth. The album features a blend of tremolo-picked guitar riffs and blast beat drumming, creating a relentless energy that permeates tracks like "A Swarm of Plagues" and "The Murder Manifesto." The instrumentation is layered, with haunting melodies interwoven with harsh vocal deliveries, enhancing the sinister themes present in titles such as "Carnal Scorn & Spiritual Malice." The tempo varies, with moments of frenetic speed contrasted by slower, more brooding passages, allowing for dynamic shifts that keep the listener engaged. The overall texture is dense, yet each element remains distinct, contributing to a chilling and immersive listening experience.
