"Téras" presents a relentless barrage of black metal intensity, characterized by its razor-sharp guitar riffs and thunderous drumming. The production is polished yet retains a raw edge, allowing the intricate melodies and atmospheric layers to shine through. Tracks like "Pale Horse" and "The Monolith" showcase a dynamic interplay between blast beats and slower, more haunting passages, creating a sense of urgency and dread. The use of layered vocals enhances the album's dark textures, while the tempo shifts maintain an engaging energy throughout. Standout moments, such as "An Extension of His Arm and Will," highlight the band's ability to weave complex arrangements, making "Téras" a distinctive entry in the black metal canon.
