Millennium

Backstreet Boys were poised for superstardom at the end of the ‘90s, and the confections of Millennium launched them into the boy-band pop stratosphere. The lush yet longing “I Want It That Way”, with its glossy textures and triumphant chorus, set the standard for the genre’s anthems, “Larger Than Life” balances a killer hook with gratitude to the group’s fans and ballads like “Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely” and “Back to Your Heart” showcase the quintet’s sparkling harmonies and sweet romanticism.
