Christmas in Paris

Christina Aguilera’s kind of Christmas? Well, it’s a Parisian one, of course. For the 25th anniversary of her holiday album My Kind of Christmas, the big-voiced pop legend flew to Paris to film a special at iconic locations around the city, like the Eiffel Tower and Crazy Horse. But don’t expect Aguilera to do the same thing twice: Christmas in Paris is a sexy, cheeky romp through a slew of reworked holiday classics as well as Aguilera’s own non-holiday hits. Whether she’s mashing up “Santa Baby” with her burlesque track “Express”, getting Sheila E. on a funked-up take of “Little Drummer Girl” or duetting with up-and-coming French star Yseult on “Ave Maria”, Aguilera keeps holiday spirits as high as the notes she’s hitting.
