"where is soda pop and apple sweets?" by goreshit showcases a frenetic blend of breakcore and chiptune, characterized by its chaotic energy and playful sonic textures. The production features rapid-fire drum patterns and glitchy samples, creating a sense of urgency that permeates tracks like "chiyopop!" and "tonkatsu?! tonkatsu." The instrumentation is a collage of synthesized melodies and distorted vocal snippets, contributing to an overall whimsical yet intense atmosphere. Tracks such as "miss fluffy is all scared of ouija boards" juxtapose light-hearted themes with frenetic beats, while "my ultimate weapon is the china cannon attached to my groin" exemplifies the album's irreverent humor. The eclectic tempo shifts and vibrant soundscapes make this album a distinctive entry in the breakcore genre.
