Description: The Dream is the second studio album by American heavy metal band In This Moment, released September 30, 2008 on the 	Century Media label.  The Dream, unlike their last album, features more use of clean vocals and harmonization rather than Maria Brink's high-pitched screams. The first single, "Forever", premiered on the band's Myspace page in August. This is their last release with bassist Jesse Landry.
The album debuted at #73 on the Billboard Top 200 chart with first week sales of more than 8,000 copies.

Artist Background: In This Moment is an American heavy metal band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed by singer Maria Brink and guitarist Chris Howorth in 2005. They found drummer Jeff Fabb and started the band as Dying Star. Unhappy with their musical direction, they changed their name to In This Moment and gained two band members, guitarist Blake Bunzel and bassist Josh Newell. In late 2005, bassist Newell left the band and was replaced by Pascual Romero, who in turn was quickly replaced by Jess... Part of the Los Angeles, USA music scene. Emerged in the 2000s era. Associated with Metalcore movement. Known for Metal style.
