"Everyone Is Good at Something" features a raw, energetic sound that blends garage rock and surf punk aesthetics. The production is intentionally lo-fi, allowing the gritty guitar riffs and punchy drums to shine through with a sense of immediacy. Tracks like "Slayer" and "Wake the Fuck Up" showcase fast tempos and driving rhythms, while "New York California" introduces a slightly more laid-back groove, contrasting the album's overall frenetic energy. The instrumentation is characterized by jangly guitars and punchy basslines, creating a vibrant texture that feels both chaotic and inviting. The album's distinctiveness lies in its unrefined charm, capturing a youthful exuberance that resonates throughout each track.
