"Ideal" showcases a distinctive blend of synth-pop and new wave, characterized by its crisp production and layered textures. The album employs a rich palette of synthesizers, drum machines, and electric guitars, creating a vibrant soundscape that oscillates between upbeat tracks like "Rote Liebe" and more introspective pieces such as "Da leg ich mich doch lieber hin." The tempo varies, with energetic tracks like "Berlin" juxtaposed against the slower, more contemplative "Hundsgemein." The use of melodic hooks and catchy choruses, combined with a polished production style, gives the album a cohesive yet dynamic feel.
