Description: "Ruby Electric"   is the third full length studio album from acclaimed blues/rock guitarist Philip Sayce,  released 08 Jul 2011 on the Provogue label.  Ruby Electric is split in two volumes. Volume 1 features five studio tracks and one live track, “Daydream Tonight.” Volume 2 consists of eight tracks recorded live on tour in France, Germany, and Holland in 2010.

Artist Background: "Philip Sayce" was born in Aberystwyth, Wales, and grew up in Toronto, Canada. He started his career recording and touring with Jeff Healey, Melissa Etheridge, Uncle Kracker. He currently lives in Los Angeles. Growing up in a musical household and exposed to his parents' eclectic record collection that included the likes of Eric Clapton, Ry Cooder and Dire Straits, he was particularly drawn to the guitar - being taken by his parents to an Eric Clapton concert left the young Sayce awestruck an... Part of the Toronto,Canada music scene. Associated with Blues movement.
