"Collisions" presents a brooding soundscape that intertwines atmospheric post-rock with elements of shoegaze and ambient music. The production is polished yet retains an organic feel, allowing the layered instrumentation to breathe. Tracks like "It Dawned on Me" and "Pulverized" feature a mix of ethereal guitar textures and pulsing rhythms, creating a dynamic tension that ebbs and flows throughout the album. The tempo varies from the contemplative pacing of "So Far, So What" to the more driving energy of "Swagger," maintaining an engaging momentum. Distinctive vocal treatments and reverb-drenched melodies enhance the immersive quality, making "Collisions" a compelling exploration of sound that invites deep listening.
