"Brought Back To Life" showcases Nekromantix's signature blend of psychobilly, merging rockabilly rhythms with punk energy. The production is crisp, allowing the prominent slap bass to drive the tracks, while the guitar riffs are sharp and reverb-laden, creating a haunting atmosphere. The album features a mix of fast-paced anthems like "Driller Killer" and slower, more melodic tracks such as "Reincarnated Love," providing a dynamic listening experience. The energetic tempo throughout maintains a lively pulse, while the use of vintage horror-themed lyrics adds a playful yet macabre texture. The distinctiveness lies in its fusion of upbeat rock/pop sensibilities with dark, cinematic themes, making it a standout in the psychobilly genre.
