"Dead Girls Don't Cry" showcases Nekromantix's signature psychobilly sound, blending rockabilly rhythms with punk energy. The production is crisp, highlighting the punchy upright bass and reverb-laden guitar riffs that create a lively, danceable atmosphere. Tracks like "Black Wedding" and "Struck by a Wreckin' Ball" feature driving tempos and catchy hooks, while "MoonChaser" introduces a more melodic, haunting quality. The album's textures range from the raw, energetic feel of "I'm a ShockStar" to the eerie ambiance of "Dead MoonWalkin'." With its playful yet macabre themes, the album stands out for its ability to balance high-octane performances with a distinctively dark, whimsical edge, making it a quintessential entry in the psychobilly genre.
