Artist Background: Devastation was an American thrash metal band from Corpus Christi, Texas. The band was formed in 1986. That same year, the band released their first demo Destined to Death. As a result, the band signed to Zombo Records and released their debut album Violent Termination in 1987. In 1988 followed the second demo Contaminated, in the same year the band also held gigs, among others with Dark Angel. The second album Signs of Life was released in 1988 by Under One Flag.
