"Taking the World by Storm" showcases a polished heavy metal sound characteristic of the late '80s, blending powerful guitar riffs with dynamic drum patterns. The production is crisp, allowing the aggressive instrumentation to shine through, particularly in tracks like "Commercial Dynamite" and "What Do You Think About Hell," where the guitars deliver both melodic hooks and intense solos. The album maintains a high energy level, with anthemic choruses and driving tempos that evoke a sense of urgency. Texturally, the layers of harmonized vocals and synth elements in "Blue Skies in Red Square" add depth, while "Remembrance Day (A Song for Peace)" introduces a reflective contrast. Overall, the album's distinctive blend of aggression and melody makes it a standout in the genre.
