"A Different Light" showcases a polished indie rock sound characterized by bright, shimmering guitars and layered harmonies. The production is clean and expansive, allowing each instrument to breathe while maintaining an energetic tempo throughout. The album features a mix of upbeat tracks and more introspective moments, creating a dynamic listening experience. Textures range from the lush, reverb-drenched choruses to the more stripped-back verses, emphasizing emotional depth. Standout tracks like "The Last Time" and "I Can’t Stop" highlight the band’s knack for catchy melodies, while the rhythmic drive keeps the energy consistently engaging. This balance of polished production and heartfelt songwriting makes the album distinctive in its genre.
