"Conceived in Sewage" delivers an unrelenting assault of brutal death metal characterized by its cavernous production and dense sonic textures. The album features heavily distorted guitars that churn with a low-end heaviness, creating a visceral backdrop for guttural vocals that are both aggressive and commanding. The drumming is relentless, oscillating between blast beats and slower, crushing tempos that enhance the overall intensity. Tracks like "Fifty Ton War Machine" and "March to Megiddo" showcase intricate riffing and dynamic shifts, while maintaining a raw, organic feel.
