Description: "Catharsis" is the fourth and final studio album by Elis, released on 27 November 2009 by Napalm Records. It is the first and only album with Sandra Schleret (ex-Dreams of Sanity, Siegfried) as their new lead singer after Sabine Dünser's death; the band released in early 2007 the MCD "Show Me The Way".

Artist Background: Elis was a gothic metal and symphonic metal band from Liechtenstein, formed by Sabine Dünser and Pete Streit in 2003 after the split of Erben der Schöpfung in 2002. The band temporarily split up in February 2012 after lead singer Simone Christinat's departure. However, a month later, the band began doing a search for Christinat's replaced and the search became successful with a new singer, whose identity has not been revealed. Elis has since "disbanded" in order to from a new group called Z... Part of the Vaduz, Liechtenstein music scene. Emerged in the 2000s era. Associated with Gothic Metal movement. Known for Metal style.
