Description: "Griefshire"  is the third album by the gothic metal band Elis, released 24 November 2006 on the Napalm Records label.
 It's their first concept album, and the last before Sabine Dünser's death. Because Sabine Dünser was the creator of the concept of Griefshire and the main songwriter of the songs on it, the other members decided, after her death, to release Griefshire in her memory.

Artist Background: Elis was a gothic metal and symphonic metal band from Liechtenstein, formed by Sabine Dünser and Pete Streit in 2003 after the split of Erben der Schöpfung in 2002. The band temporarily split up in February 2012 after lead singer Simone Christinat's departure. However, a month later, the band began doing a search for Christinat's replaced and the search became successful with a new singer, whose identity has not been revealed. Elis has since "disbanded" in order to from a new group called Z... Part of the Vaduz, Liechtenstein music scene. Emerged in the 2000s era. Associated with Gothic Metal movement. Known for Metal style.
