"Seen Through the Veils of Darkness (The Second Spell)" presents a raw and atmospheric black metal sound, characterized by its lo-fi production that enhances the haunting quality of the music. The instrumentation features tremolo-picked guitars that weave intricate melodies, layered with ominous, echoing vocals that evoke a sense of dread. The tempo varies across tracks, oscillating between relentless blast beats and slower, more contemplative passages, creating a dynamic listening experience. Textures are rich and immersive, with a palpable sense of darkness permeating the album. Standout tracks like "A Witch Is Born" and "The Mystical Play of Shadows" exemplify the band's ability to blend aggression with ethereal moments, making this album distinctive in its exploration of shadowy themes.
