"Killing Music" by Benediction delivers a relentless barrage of death metal ferocity, characterized by its raw and aggressive production style typical of the late 2000s. The album's sound is dense and unyielding, with a gritty texture that complements its dark thematic content. The instrumentation is intense, driven by rapid-fire drumming and heavily distorted guitar riffs that create a wall of sound. Tracks like "Controlopolis (Rats in the Mask)" and "They Must Die Screaming" maintain a high tempo and energy, while others like "As Her Skin Weeps" explore slightly more varied pacing. The album's distinctive quality lies in its unpolished, visceral sound that captures the raw essence of death metal, making it a formidable entry in the genre.
