"Lyijy" presents a robust heavy metal sound characterized by its rich, layered instrumentation and polished production. The album features a blend of aggressive guitar riffs and melodic hooks, creating a dynamic contrast that drives tracks like "Down the Ashes Rain" and "Death by the Blues." The tempo varies, with some songs maintaining a relentless pace while others delve into slower, more introspective moments, as heard in "Maybe Life Is Not for Everyone." Texturally, the album balances gritty, distorted guitar tones with atmospheric elements, enhancing the emotional weight of tracks like "The Absentee." The overall energy is visceral and engaging, making "Lyijy" a distinctive entry in the metal genre.
