On their debut album, the Irish pop duo have created a soundtrack to falling in love for the first time. Built on a hearty chorus and enlivening guitar hooks, “Addicted to You” narrates infatuation in a blossoming relationship, whilst “95” and “Never Change” reminisce about the innocence of teenage romance. Throughout, Ryan Hennessy and Jimmy Rainsford craft unhurried melodies and windswept vocals as their songs, like movie montages, unfold into uplifting crescendos.
