If the stories are true that <i>FINAL</i> will be Enrique Iglesias’ self-imposed swan song, it will cap off a staggeringly impressive career as a studio artist. Over time, he accomplished what few in his already unique position could, overcoming the ubiquitous superstardom of his iconic father Julio Iglesias to truly build something unquestionably his own. His legacy well within his hands after decades of hits, this first volume of his apparent studio bow represents how well he’s applied his popwise approach to the ever-changing sound of pop music.
