ANIMA!

Written over 2015 from our creative spaces in the redwoods of California to Africa, our debut LP is self-defining to our name anima; the Latin word for the breath of life in each of us. Songs of urge, hope, absence, compassion, awareness, to superficiality, these songs are our reflections of 'the self'. This album was created to remind us that no matter how much we get caught up in the bubbles of distraction, we can breathe in the air and should make our almost impossible existence something valuable to ourselves and to the environment we are nurtured so generously by.
