"What the Future Holds, Pt. 2" showcases a vibrant blend of pop and rock elements, characterized by polished production and infectious melodies. The album features upbeat tempos and a lively energy that permeates tracks like "Take Me for a Ride" and "Victorious," with bright synths and layered harmonies creating a rich sonic texture. The instrumentation balances electronic beats with traditional pop sensibilities, while songs like "Heartbreak in This City" and "Kiss of Life" offer a more emotive, yet still buoyant, listening experience.
