"Forgotten Pleasures" showcases a blend of gritty indie rock and pop sensibilities, characterized by its raw, punchy production. The album features a mix of driving guitar riffs and pulsating bass lines, creating a vibrant sonic landscape. Tracks like "Electric Bones" and "Greasy Love" exude an energetic tempo, while "Stoned And Alone" introduces a more reflective, slower groove. The instrumentation is layered, with shimmering synths and punchy drums adding depth to the arrangements. Textures range from the anthemic to the intimate, with moments of distortion contrasting against clearer melodic lines. This dynamic interplay of energy and emotion makes the album distinctive, capturing a sense of both urgency and nostalgia throughout its runtime.
