The New Normal" presents a polished metal sound characterized by powerful guitar riffs and dynamic vocal performances. The production is crisp, allowing the intricate layering of instrumentation to shine through, with a blend of melodic hooks and driving rhythms. Tracks like "King of the World" and "Leave This World Behind" showcase anthemic choruses, while the tempo varies from mid-paced grooves to faster, more aggressive sections, maintaining high energy throughout. The sonic texture is rich, featuring a mix of electric guitars, keyboards, and a robust rhythm section that creates a full-bodied listening experience. The album's distinctiveness lies in its ability to balance melodic accessibility with the intensity of metal, making it both engaging and memorable.
