"By and By" showcases a warm, organic sound that blends folk and Americana with a contemporary twist. The production is polished yet retains an intimate feel, allowing the acoustic instrumentation—guitars, banjos, and subtle percussion—to shine through. Tracks like "Peach Fuzz" and "Wolf Song" feature rich harmonies and layered textures, creating a lush sonic landscape. The album balances upbeat tempos, as heard in "Keep the Blues Away," with more reflective moments like "Moonsmoke." The energy fluctuates gracefully, drawing listeners into a cozy atmosphere. Distinctive in its heartfelt lyricism and melodic hooks, "By and By" captures a sense of nostalgia while remaining fresh and engaging throughout.
