III finds Take That overcoming a lineup change following the departure of Robbie Williams and Jason Orange in the only way they know—via more forward-thinking pop. Buoyed by the jubilant, disco-tinged lead single, “These Days”, it's an album that softens 2010's paranoid Progress while still being consistently enthralling. There's grown-up EDM (“Let in the Sun”), folky ballads (the delicate “Flaws”) and, in “Get Ready for It,” a stadium-sized anthem that's big enough to keep them going for decades.
