When the Aurora Falls..." presents a rich tapestry of melodic metal, characterized by soaring vocals and intricate guitar work. The production is polished, allowing each instrument to shine through the dense arrangements. Fast tempos drive tracks like "Perpetual Fury," while others like "Frozen Heaven" offer a more contemplative pace, creating a dynamic listening experience. The album's textures range from symphonic layers to heavy, rhythmic riffs, blending power and emotional depth. The use of atmospheric keyboards enhances the ethereal quality of tracks such as "Tears of Darkness," while the anthemic choruses in songs like "We Are Gods" elevate the energy. This distinctive blend of power and melody solidifies its place within the genre.
