The Way Is Read

"The Way Is Read" is the third full length studio album from acoustic Folk Rock trio The Staves, it is also the first release in collaboration between The Staves and the chamber music ensemble yMusic, it was co-produced by the Staves' Jessica Staveley-Taylor and yMusic violinist Rob Moose. The album was released December 1, 2017 on the Nonesuch label. At Metacritic, which assigns a normalized rating out of 100 to reviews from critics, the album received an average score of 71, based on 4 reviews, indicating "generally favorable reviews".
