Description: The intimate, celebratory live set Campfire II: Simplicity continues Rend Collective’s mission to channel the raw, informal worship of the Jesus movement. Leaning heavily on reworked material, the ensemble transform the fan favourites “Your Royal Blood” and “Every Giant Will Fall” into folksy sing-alongs exploding with foot stomps, handclaps and passionately plucked banjos. They also unveil two new cuts, including the breathlessly ecstatic anthem “Live Alive”, which captures the refreshing directness of their need for God’s love.

Artist Background: A movement of friends is a hard thing to package. The Rend Collective Experiment started in 2004 as a group of confused 20 somethings trying to figure out life, God and community. Then in 2007 it grew into a collective of musicians and artists trying to share with the world what they were learning. Music grown out of an "organic environment" and a bond betwee... Emerged in the 2000s era. Known for Religious style.

Music Scene: Emerged in the 2000s era. Known for Religious style.
