"Immortals" showcases a polished heavy metal sound characterized by intricate guitar work and powerful vocals. The production is crisp, allowing the layered instrumentation to shine, with soaring melodies and aggressive riffs that define tracks like "We Defy" and "Back on the Throne." The album features a dynamic range of tempos, from the anthemic energy of "Rise From the Ashes" to the more contemplative "Lady of 1000 Sorrows." Texturally, the use of harmonized guitars and symphonic elements in tracks like "Ode to Leonidas" adds depth, while the relentless drumming drives the energy throughout. This blend of melodic hooks and heavy instrumentation creates a distinctive listening experience that resonates with the epic themes of its lyrics.
