The effervescent mixture of high-energy dance pop and Fey’s free-spiritedness make for an explosive debut. The Mexican star’s self-titled album progresses from the hard techno of opening track “Bombón” through confections in the modes of Eurodance and freestyle and on to ballads, such as “La soledad me matará”, which are more likely to inspire slow-dancing than fist-pumping.
