Artist Background: The Underachievers (not to be confused with a band of the same name from Texas) were a garage pop band formed in Boston, Massachusetts in 1983. The original lineup consisted of Noel Boulanger (guitar), Carmen Wiseman (bass), Priscilla Harrison (vocals), and Jim Janota (drums). They recorded "I'll Be There For You" for Chuck Warner's first compilation on his Throbbing Lobster record label, Nobody Gets on the Guest-list!!!
