Swamped in Gore

"Swamped in Gore" is the debut full length studio album by American death metal band Broken Hope. It was originally released on November 21, 1991 via Grind Core Records The album was reissued on November 21, 1995 via Metal Blade Records and again in 2012 through Emetic Records. Swamped In Gore, launched the band out of the underground and into the mainstream. Swamped In Gore was not only ahead of its time musically but it was also the first digitally-recorded death-metal album, yet again showing the forward thinking of the then fledgling act.
