Stories From the Past" delivers a raw and energetic punk sound, characterized by driving guitar riffs and anthemic choruses that embody the spirit of street punk. The production is gritty yet polished enough to highlight the urgency of tracks like "Rebel Rock 'n Roll" and "Tired of You," where fast tempos and aggressive drumming create an infectious energy. The instrumentation features punchy bass lines that anchor the songs, while the vocals are delivered with a passionate, almost confrontational edge. Texturally, the album balances a rough, live feel with moments of melodic clarity, making it distinctive within the genre. Each track resonates with a sense of rebellion, making it a compelling listen for fans of Oi and skinhead punk.
