"Fackeln im Sturm... Arme Lichter im Wind" showcases a vibrant blend of ska punk, characterized by energetic brass sections and driving guitar riffs. The production is raw yet polished, capturing the urgency of the genre while allowing the rhythmic interplay between the instruments to shine. Tracks like "In 80 Tagen um die Welt" and "Du bist so Blind" feature upbeat tempos and infectious hooks, creating an atmosphere of relentless momentum. The album balances frenetic energy with moments of introspection, as seen in "Wenn Du jetzt denkst..." which introduces a more reflective tone. Overall, the sonic texture is layered, with a mix of punk's grit and ska's buoyancy, making it a distinctive entry in the late '90s punk scene.
