The collection includes tracks from the band's two EPs and four studio albums, as well as covers, B-sides and four newly recorded tracks. It reached #86 in the UK chart. It is the band's first full-length CD to not be released in the United States.
The Limited 3CD Digital Release (which is now out of print) included a large amount of demos from the band's archives, including the previously unreleased song "Colossus", the electric demo of "This Letter", and "Summer's Dead And Buried" (one of the band's earliest songs that was rewritten to become "Waking Up").

Artist Background: Funeral for a Friend are a Welsh post-hardcore band, from Bridgend. Formed 2001, they have released five studio albums, seven EPs, sixteen singles, one DVD, and one compilation album. When Michael Davies, one of January Thirst's original vocalists, quit in December 2001, Matthew Evans (vocals) and Johnny Phillips (drums) invited Matt Davies (later Davies-Kreye) to try out for the vacated singer position. Soon afterward, the band reformed as Funeral for a Friend; the name is derived from a son... Part of the Brigend, Wales music scene. Emerged in the 2000s era. Associated with Post-Hardcore movement. Known for Rock/Pop style.
