"At the Rocks" showcases a polished blend of rock and pop, characterized by its vibrant guitar riffs and catchy melodies. The production is crisp, with layered instrumentation that enhances the energetic tempo of tracks like "Catch Me" and "Play Some Rock." The album balances upbeat anthems with more introspective moments, as seen in "Tired" and "Finally Fine," creating a dynamic listening experience.
