"It's Time to See Who's Who Now" presents a raw and confrontational sound typical of the 1990s alternative scene. The production is gritty, emphasizing a lo-fi aesthetic that complements the album's politically charged themes. Instrumentation features distorted guitars and driving bass lines, creating a dense wall of sound that is both aggressive and dynamic. The tempo varies across tracks, with some like "One Nation Under a Bomb" delivering a frenetic energy, while others like "Vietnam Serenade" adopt a more contemplative pace. Texturally, the album balances harsh, abrasive elements with moments of melodic introspection, making it distinctive in its ability to convey urgency and reflection simultaneously. The overall experience is intense and thought-provoking, resonating with the listener long after the final track.
