"Kurimus" showcases Mokoma's signature thrash metal sound, characterized by aggressive guitar riffs and rapid tempos that drive the energy throughout the album. The production is raw yet polished, allowing the sharpness of the guitar tones to cut through the mix while maintaining a solid rhythmic foundation from the bass and drums. Tracks like "Vainottu" and "Punainen kukko" exemplify the band’s ability to blend melodic elements with relentless aggression, creating a dynamic listening experience. The use of varied tempos adds depth, with moments of intense speed juxtaposed against slower, heavier passages. The album's textures are rich, combining the grit of traditional thrash with a modern edge, making it distinctive within the genre.
