Castle Records continued to release Donovan's 1965 Pye Records recordings in compilation after compilation in the early 2000s. Although all of the Pye recordings had been released by Castle as Summer Day Reflection Songs in 2000, several of the tracks were reissued again as Catch the Wind.

Artist Background: Donovan (born Donovan Phillips Leitch, 10 May 1946) is a Scottish singer, songwriter and guitarist. Initially labelled as an imitator of Bob Dylan, he developed an eclectic and distinctive style that blended folk, jazz, pop, psychedelia, and world music (notably calypso). He has variously lived in Scotland, London, and California, and, since at least 2008, has lived in County Cork, Ireland with his family. Emerging from the British folk scene, Donovan shot to fame in the United Kingdom in ear... Part of the Glasgow, Scotland, UK music scene. Emerged in the 1960s era. Associated with Folk movement.
