Arma Christi" delivers a raw and aggressive sound typical of true Norwegian black metal. The production is gritty, emphasizing the harshness of the guitar riffs and the relentless blast beats that drive the tempo throughout the album. Each track, from the chilling "Blood Hunt" to the ominous "Dethronation of God," showcases a blend of tremolo-picked melodies and dark, atmospheric textures that create a sense of foreboding. The instrumentation is characterized by a stark contrast between the icy guitar tones and the deep, guttural vocals, enhancing the overall intensity. The album's energy fluctuates between frenetic bursts and haunting interludes, making it a distinctive entry in the genre.
