"Psychose" delivers an intense auditory experience, characteristic of early 2000s death metal with its raw, aggressive production. The instrumentation features heavily distorted guitars that churn out complex riffs, layered with frenetic drumming that oscillates between blast beats and intricate fills. The tempo varies from relentless speed to crushingly slow passages, creating a dynamic energy throughout the album. Texturally, the sound is dense and chaotic, with guttural vocals that enhance the overall sense of unease. Tracks like "Claustrophobia" and "Feasting on the Disinterred Corpse" exemplify the band's ability to blend dissonance and melody, while maintaining an oppressive atmosphere. The album's distinctive edge lies in its relentless exploration of psychological themes, underscored by its visceral sonic assault.
