"Anything" immerses listeners in a rich tapestry of trip-hop and electronic soundscapes. The production is characterized by lush, atmospheric textures, blending organic and synthetic elements seamlessly. Tracks like "Soul Food" and "I Still Feel" feature deep, resonant basslines and intricate drum patterns that create a hypnotic groove, while "Sandpaper Kisses" introduces a more intimate, vulnerable sound with its delicate instrumentation. The tempo varies, with some tracks maintaining a laid-back energy, while others, like "Ragga," inject a rhythmic urgency. Topley-Bird's ethereal vocals float over these layers, adding an emotive quality that enhances the album's distinctiveness. Overall, "Anything" is a compelling exploration of mood and texture within the trip-hop genre.
