"Above" presents a robust hard rock sound characterized by its dynamic production and layered instrumentation. The album features driving guitar riffs and powerful drumming, creating an energetic atmosphere that propels tracks like "Live for Him" and "Time to Play." The production is polished, allowing for a clear separation of instruments while maintaining an aggressive edge. Songs like "Open Your Eyes" showcase melodic hooks intertwined with heavier textures, balancing intensity with accessibility. The tempo varies, with anthemic choruses in tracks like "Unity" contrasting with the more reflective moments in "Something Real." Overall, "Above" stands out for its blend of high-energy performances and thoughtful lyrical content, wrapped in a sonically rich package.
