"Give Them Rope She Said" showcases Coalesce's signature blend of chaotic energy and intricate sonic textures. The production is raw yet polished, capturing the visceral intensity of their hardcore roots while incorporating elements of mathcore. Tracks like "Have Patience" and "Chain Smoking" feature jagged guitar riffs and polyrhythmic drumming, creating a dynamic interplay of tension and release. The tempo fluctuates between frenetic bursts and more contemplative moments, as seen in "For All You Are" and "I Took a Year." The album's distinctive sound is characterized by its heavy use of dissonance and complex song structures, resulting in a visceral listening experience that challenges and engages the audience throughout its runtime.
